Privacy policy
This is an English translation provided for information. The binding version is the Polish privacy policy (Polityka prywatności).
This policy explains what personal data we process on Nostryfikuj.pl, for what purpose, and what rights you have. We apply Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we cannot send the newsletter or reply to a message. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
Who receives the data
Data may be received only by entities that provide services to us and process it on our instructions: the server hosting provider, the e-mail provider and, if we use one, the provider of a newsletter mailing system. Public authorities may also receive data where the law requires it.
We use Google services for e-mail correspondence. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, on the basis of the European Commission’s decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Otherwise, we do not transfer data to countries outside the EEA.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify your data,
- have your data erased,
- restrict processing,
- data portability for data processed on the basis of consent,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal; the simplest way is the unsubscribe link in the newsletter,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland (uodo.gov.pl).
Cookies and data stored in the browser
The Website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing and does not embed tracking tools. The language of a page comes from its address, not from a cookie.
Cookies needed for WordPress to work are set only when logging in to the Website’s administration panel. Fonts, the map and scripts are loaded from our own server, so using the Website does not send your IP address to other providers.
If we add analytics, maps from external providers or other services that store information on your device in the future, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it and update this policy.
Links to other websites
The Website contains links to the websites of universities, institutions, Partners and the MedMigrant.com platform. Once you move to another website, its controller’s privacy policy applies.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the law or the way the Website works changes. The binding version is the Polish version. This policy applies from 18 October 2026.
