LEW, LDEW and FEW: next dates and applications for spring 2027
LEW and LDEW take place on 4 November 2026 and FEW on 7 November. Applications for the spring session are due by 28 February 2027.
The verification exams at the Medical Examinations Centre (CEM) let doctors, dentists and pharmacists with a diploma from outside the European Union confirm their qualifications without nostrification at a university.
Next dates
- LEW (doctors) and LDEW (dentists): 4 November 2026.
- FEW (pharmacists): 7 November 2026.
Applications for the spring 2027 session
- You apply online in the CEM portal by 28 February 2027. The spring exam takes place between 15 May and 15 June.
- For LEW and LDEW you post the printed and signed application to CEM together with your diploma by 5 March. The diploma needs legalisation or an apostille and a sworn translation. CEM does not return documents.
- The fee is PLN 700 for LEW or LDEW and PLN 650 for FEW.
LEW and LDEW are held only in Polish. The test has 200 questions, lasts 4 hours and the pass mark is 60%. There is no limit on attempts. We describe the scope and rules of all the exams on the Exams page.
